Importing too much data for Excel

I am attempting to import a text file with some 220,000 lines of data into Excel. I get a warning about too much data being imported and that I should go back after and re-import data using the Text Import Wizard. It goes on to say to set the import to NOT import data already imported - yet I can't find that function anywhere in Excel. What am I missing here? I really hate the idea of going into the Text File and deleting the data every 32,000 or so lines. Any suggestions?

I really like the idea of using my favorite text editor to split the text file
into smaller pieces. (then import them separately.)

But if you hate it, you could use a macro that imports each line:
