importing to Outlook contacts

When importing contact lists from Excel to Outlook, the import automatically
changes the format "file as" from "last name, first name (Company name)" to
just "last name, first name). When update my contact list, I must go through
each and every contact and change the format of "file as". My default is set
to "last name, first name (Company name), but after each import it changes.
How can I keep the import from changing the "file as" format?

I don't think that's possible.

Just work with First and Last name fields and make sure that data is
correct.
