Importing/Table

When I Import data into an Access table,

it is importing this way.


Field1 Field2

AAA FA1
AAA FA2
AAA FA3


I want it this way:

Field1 Field2 Field3 Field4

AAA FA1 FA2 FA3


Is there a way to do it?

Hi.

You need to import the data like you've indicated in your
first example and create a crosstab query to re-format it
to the second example.

If you require the data as a table and not a query you can
then create a maketable query.
