Importing tab delimited files into Excel

I want to write a method that will call the file open dialog, where
can select a file.

Then, have this tab delimited file popped into my worksheet starting i
the second row.

I am familiar with Access VBA; but have not worked with Excel VBA o
macros before.

How do I do that
