I have an Access database containing a list of medical terms (diagnoses) and
associated codes and I would like to select individual diagnoses and insert
them into a medical report using Word. I would also like to keep an Access
list of how often each diagnostic term was used. Is this possible? I am using
Windows XP and Office 2003 and 2007. Thanks.
