importing public holidays into outlook 2007 calendar

A few years ago I remember adding holiday dates for new years to my outlook
calendar via a simple update download. How can I do this now?

Outlook 2007 should contain holidays through 2012. Use Tools>Options>Calendar
Options>Add Holidays to add them.
