Importing Older Addresses/Contacts

I have recently changed to a new company and carefully backed up my contact list from my previous assignment. However, my new company is using a Novell e-mail client and, although I have loaded (and am able to use) Outlook 2003 as my reader, I cannot figure out how to import all my contacts. Any ideas?
