Just open up the icon with your favorite picture editor to view the icon,
and then select all, then copy.
Now, when you customize your menu bar....select the "paste image"
option...it will paste into the menu bar.
Note that menu bar does have a built-edit picture editor..and you often have
to touch things up a bit after you paste in the image...
