Importing into Calender (Public Folder)

Trying to import data from an Access db table into a
Calender. All works fine importing into my own Mailbox
Calender. However I want to import the information into a
Public Folder created to share calender information
between several users. At the point in the import wizard
where you are asked to 'Select a destination folder',
although my own Mailbox and its sub folders (and my
archive folders) are shown, the Public Folders are not
shown.

Why? And how can I solve this problem?!

Thanks in anticipation.

Are you trying to directly import from Access or from the Calendar into
which you have already imported the access data?

Hi Milly,

Ideally I'd like to import directly from the access table
into the appropriate Public Folder Calender as it isn't a
one off event - ie we will be updating fairly frequently.

However, if it has to be a two part process ie via my own
mailbox and from there into the Public Folder Calender -
so be it! But I can see how to do that easily either!
