Importing into Auto Correct

I am a transcriptionist and trying to convert a word document into auto
correct. Is there some kind of character I can insert between the
abbreviation and the expanded text to allow it to be imported into auto
correct or that I can put into the auto correct backup file. I do have the
Macro 9 utility. Let me show you one example of what I have about 300 pages
of to transfer:
prt patient returns today
This is the format that I have and I need to transfer literally thousands of
these into auto correct somehow. I sure hope someone out there can help.

The autocorrect backup tool produces a document that contains a three column
table.

Provided your entries are one per line, then you need to convert to a two
column table (Table > convert text to table) and add a third column to
conain 'False' in each row; or use your data as a data source for a
catalog/directory merge into a one row three column table, with 'False' in
the final column.

Add the header information from the autocorrect backup document and you
should be able to use the macro to restore your document.
