Importing into Address Book

I am attempting to Import my contacts from one XP computer to another. I
have the old file saved on CD and when I open Address Book on the new
computer so that I can Import the .wab file, both Import and Export options
are unavailable. I have no other programs open that use the Address Book.
I've search the MS Knowledge Base to no avail. It's driving me nuts! Any
ideas as to why I cannot select Import?

Hi
Came accross a smilar problem before with pst files.
They would not import from a cd but if you copy them into your documents
folder they should work.
