Importing information from CD into Access

What do you want to import? Is it data, music, pictures, MP3 wma...?
Unless it's data the answer is that it may be extremely difficult.
 
Sure get some strange questions in these news groups.
You would think that if someone was capable of running Access, they would
have be able to ask sensible questions!

Did you find out how to import the info. I am trying to read the information on a track of a music cd into access myself. Can you help.
