I imported an htm file from the Internet into Powerpoint then inserted
several printer gif files and a couple of comments. I then saved the file as
a powerpoint presentation.

I sent the file to a co-worker and when she opens the file all she sees are
boxes with a red X where the printer gif files are and the comments. She is
not able to see the htm file that I imported into powerpoint.

We have tried opening the files on both Windows XP and Windows 2000 PC with
Office XP and still have the same results.

Any help would be grealy appreciated.

Still a bit vague, I'm afraid.

I'm not familiar with any of these programs, unfortunately.

Let's skip the process to get there, and look at what you have when PPT comes into
the picture.

You have an HTML file and you bring it into PowerPoint how exactly?
Or are you bringing in just the GIF files?
