Importing from Wnimail

Using Outlook 2007 is it possible to import emails from Winmail to Outlook??

Configure Outlook so that it is working properly. Then start Windows Mail and
click File>Export>Messages
 
I have a further question: I have not been able to get my Windows Mail
contacts into Outlook 2003 (I had never used Outlook but WM was so
frustrating that I had to change) - any ideas on how I might do that?

Export your Windows Contacts as a comma-separated values file and import that
into Outlook.
