Importing from Excel

I have been trying to Import my Contacts to my Outlook from excel. I get to
the stage where it is actually moving contacts over then my Outlook shuts
down. How do I figure out the cause? version 2003. Also I decided to add them
manually and Outlook said folder full. How do I check how many contacts I
have and how many more I can add. I know new user. I have always just used it
for business but now I work for small company with no IT department.

The first thing to do is to determine the format of your PST and how big it
is. Post that information here.
