Importing from Excel into a Form

I have data in an excel spreadsheet that I need to import in an Access form.
I am able to import the excel data into the Access table the form populates,
but how do I get the excel information to populate the form?

The only way you can get directly from an Excel spreadsheet to a form is to
link to the spreadsheet and use the linked table name is the record source of
the form. If you are unable to import the spreadsheet, you will probably
also have problems linking and using it as a table. You also will not be
able to update the spreadsheet from the form.
