Importing From access

Hi,
I am trying to import various users' Outlook calendars into Access, so that
we can consolidate them and analyse resource.

Whilst I am able to link an Outlook calendar for the current mailbox
profile, I am not able to import many Exchange users at once.

Alternatively I could run code that imports each calendar at user level, but
this would mean that each user has to be signed into the access database to
be able to do this.

Is there anyway of importing various Exchange profile calendars into access
from 1 instance of Access? I hope that this makes sense.

Thanks

Steven Taylor

Maybe I'm wrong, but I think the only account that would be able to do
that would be a SysAdmin account with read privileges on everyone's
Exchange account. Not something I would just give out because the
security risk is nuts. OTOH, if you gave the DB to a SysAdmin with
enough documentation to show that nothing ugly was happening, he just
might run it for you. But if I were the sys admin, there is
absolutely no way I would let someone run some code I didn't
understand completely while having full privileges. Just an enormous
security risk.
