You don't install fonts in Word but in Windows. Go to Control Panel | Fonts,
choose Install New Font on the File menu, and then browse to the disk or
folder where the fonts are stored.

Hi, Jen,

Word just uses whatever fonts are installed in Windows.

If the font files on the disk are compressed in zip files, first unzip them.
If they're just plain .ttf files, that's fine the way they are.

In Windows Explorer, go to the folder C:\Windows\Fonts or C:\WinNT\Fonts,
depending on which version of Windows you have. Then open the File menu and
click Install New Font. In the next dialog, set the path to the location of
the .ttf files. You should see the font names in the list. Select all the
ones you want to install. Make sure the box is checked for "Copy fonts to
Fonts folder", and click OK. Then start (or restart) Word, and the fonts
should be in the list there.

If you have any trouble with this, see
