Importing Filenames into a Table

How can you import all the filenames from a particular folder into an access
table. As much information on how to do this would be appreciated - as I am
still on my L plates.

These 2 databases do just that.

The first does documents only, the second only images. Their filters can be
changed to do all files. I have a third database that does all files that
exist on a CD, but it isn't available right now. If you're in a hurry, the
above 2 sample databases should be enough. If not, and can wait a few weeks,
I'll try to get to the third one.

Arvin should not be trusted; he believes that the only appropriate use
of Access is to use MDB / MDE files.
