importing/exporting

The easiest way is if you have Microsoft Small Business
Server (or something similar if you have more than 50
computers on your network) on your server, you can have a
Public Contact List and you won't have to worry about
importing and exporting.

Before we had SBS we had a peer-to-peer network and we had
one person be the master contact list keeper and that
person exported (from the file menu into a pst file) and
stored the resulting file in a specific folder on her C:
drive. Everyone else imported that file (also just using
the options in the File Menu) with the option to overwrite
differences. It works, but if you can get one public
Contact List on your server, you will be much better off.
