Hello,

I'm having trouble getting clear emf and wmf vectors into powerpoint2000
SP-3(9.0.6620) that I created within Illustrator 8.0 or CorelDraw 11. They
also print out ugly as well. Also, when I try to import an eps, Powerpoint
does not recognize the format and asks me to convert file, I then choose
encapsolated postscript, then error window popups up.

Thanks
jl

WMFs don't do well with curves. EMFs can be better but with older versions of
software, frequently aren't. Result: clunky looking graphics made of zillions
of straight-line segments instead of the original bezier curves.

Sometimes your best bet for these things is to export a PNG and bring that into
PPT.

How did you make the EPS? If they're properly made, PPT can generally import
them ok. It's what it does with them after that that makes you want to give up
on graphics and just go fishing for a year or ten.

I'd give PPT + EPS a wide berth.
