importing e-mails

can you import e-mails from an excel sheet into outlook to create a
distribution list of about 400 people? i do not feel like typing in 400
e-mails...

yes.
export in CSV or Excel format and use that as a template. You can then copy
and paste into the eh correct fields before importing. Conform the mapping
when you import.
