Importing e-mail from Mozilla Thunderbird to Outlook Express

When I started using Thunderbird, I exported all my mail from OE to
Thunderbird. For various reasons I now want to start using OE again, but I
can't work out how to move all my mail back. Using the Import Messages wizard
is no good, as Thunderbird isn't listed as one of the clients.

Any suggestions would be appreciated

thanks for your help, it worked!

Sorry I didn't find the other posting - I did look, but obviously not hard
enough - or in the right place!
