importing distribution lists

I would like to import addresses along with several distribution lists from
Eudora into Outlook 2003. I am doing this by making the Eudora files into
tab-delimited files.

However, it is not clear to me how distribution lists need to be formatted
to be handled properly. Some of the distribution lists are several hundred
entries long so I hope that I do not have to type them in again.

Can anyone give me some guidance?

Thank you.

Distribution Lists?
You cannot import Distribution Lists even from Outlook. They certainly would
not exist in a tab delimited export from Eudora.

OK. They are not called distribution lists in Eudora but they are in
Outlook. It would be easy to set them up as tab-delimited files.

I am sorry to hear that Outlook does not allow this type of list to be
imported.
