importing CSV

i want to insert file name with each record while importing csv in access is
it possible ? please help me with sample script

i think i couldn't make clear the ques. my question is i want to insert a
new field which will contain the importing CSV name with each record while
importing
 
Did you look at the responses to your other post?

When you start a totally new post, the folks who have been following the
older post may not find the new one. Plus someone looking at the new post
may not find the old one, for the clarifications that were already there.
