Importing Contacts into OWA 2003

Hello All, does any of you know of a method or tool to allow fo
importing of contacts into OWA without using the Outlook 2003 client
We are rolling out to users who will only use OWA, but may hav
existing contacts in Outlook Express. Other than using Outlook 2003 t
synch the personal contacts up to the server does anyone know of
more direct importing/uploading method

Since OWA doesn't know anything about your desktop system, it being nothing
more than a web interface into the Exchange server, there is no tool other
than Outlook that can import data from OE.

Yes, that is what I figured. I was hoping someone had built somethin
cool to be able to do that anyway...Thanks for your response
