Importing Contacts from entourage to outlook 2003

Good evening,
I was wondering if it is possible to import all mail,contacts and calender
from entourage to outlook 200. I know with outlook that there is a .pst file
that you can grab. Is there an equivilant file for entourage? ... And if so
can i import it to outlook. If anyone could help it would be greatly
appriciated.
