Importing contacts from 2000 to 2003

I'm trying to import my contacts from Outlook 2000 to
2003. Which folder am I looking for ? What types of files
are "contacts" ? Any help would be much appreciated.

Assuming you are using a local information store, then there is no need to
import (nor should you). Just use the same information store in the new
installation. The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's
where all the mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
