Importing Address Book

We just installed Office 2000 Small Business Edition on
Windows XP Home Edition. In trying to import the Address
Book from Outlook in Office 2000 SBE on Windows ME to
Outlook in Office 2000 SBE on Windows XP, The 'Import' is
grayed out. How can I get our address book over to our
XP system? The XP Wizard didn't get it even when told to
get wab.
Thx.
 
If its a wab then import it into Outlook Express and then into Outlook,
alternately open the wab and export it to a CSV
