Importing a text file

I am importing a standard text file but the first row of information isn't
being imported. I know that in Excel you can select that the import beings
with the first row. Does anyone know why this is happening and maybe
somethings I can check to correct it?
 
In Import wizard (~step 2) you must tick first row contains field name (at
the left corner above)
