Importing a snapshot file

I am trying to figure out how to import a snapshot file
extension within a database for use with Access 2002
does anyone know of a way to do this type of import
function?

Snapshot files are used to view reports outside Access not inside. You may
be able to create a hyperlink in Access to open the snapshot file for
viewing.

B3eing a new user to Access 2002 I don't know how to do
this sort of hyperlink and would like your help in this
endeavor.
