Importing a Flash File

I know how to import my flash file, the problem I am having is that it shows
up as, this is an ex, glove.fla instead of what I created. What ever I
created in Flash, I cannot get it in Frontpage, anyone know why? Thanks!

Did you make it an swf movie first? You have to make it an swf before you
can insert it into the page. The .fla is just the raw flash and not the
condensed flash movie.
