Importance of the Fan Hole just beside the CPU, better cooling ?

My case does not have fan hole there, unlike the Lanboy which has a
120mm fan their to pull the hot air out.


Would love a case with a 120 fan their but only in a full tower, but i
can't see any anywhere and i have looked

Yes, it has importance. Otherwise all your hot air is going
out the PSU, and if you don't have a front intake fan(s)
it's very hard to get adequate airflow with a modern system.

My case does not have fan hole there, unlike the Lanboy which has a
120mm fan their to pull the hot air out.

So cut out a hole or two... if you dont' have room in back,
take of the left-side panel and put in an intake, but
remember that it may change flow to the hard drives and plan
accordingly.

.... UNLESS that exhaust fan is running at high RPM and quite
noisey.

Yeah maybe in USA, but in Australia, Hard to find
