Import Word Form-Fields into and Access Table

Is anyway to import the Word informaton from a form fields
into an Access Table.
Situation:
There is Exhibitor Application From in Word Form format,
where clients input their company information.

If somebody has any idea or know any other source as
reference would be very appreciated.
