Import txt data with vlookup

I use vlookup for data import from a txt file.
This txt file change every 2 a 3 day.

Its is neede to have the data on the right place.
So i let vclookup find the data e
and le it place on the right place.

I only have a problem.
i always loose the data from theimport before.
How can i keep the data and get the have the import on the right place.
