import toolbar and menubar

Hi

Is there a way to import toolbars or menubars from another database. I need
to recreate the database and I can't find a way to import the toolbar and
menubar.

File ... Get External Data ... Import

then select the database to import from. In the next dialog box, click the
Options button and check the toolbars and menus option.
