Import to access from database

I need some help using this program. Please assist me in
importing over 1808 rows of information from a table I
have in my Microsoft Database into my Microsoft Access so
that the information will be easier for me to deal with.
Thank you in advance.
 
Need more info.
What program were you using to store the old data in?
What version of Access?
