Import Text File

Using:
Windows XP, Office XP with ACCESS 2003
On the ON_LINE help file from ACCESS 2003:

IMPORT or LINK DATA and OBJECTS

FROM A TEXT FILE
Import or Link a delimited or fixed-width text file
1. Open a database, or switch to the database window for
the open database.

2. Do one of the following:
* To import data, on the FILE menu, point to GET
EXTERNAL DATA, and click IMPORT.
* To link data, on the FILE menu, point to GET
EXTERNAL DATA, and click LINK TABLES.

3. In the IMPORT (or LINK) dialog box, in the FILES OF
TYPE box, select TEXT FILES (*.txt; *.csv; *.tab; *.asc).
(No such line on my FILES OF TYPE box???????)

How do I get the TEXT file option?
