Import spreadsheet into a template??

Every week I am given a huge Excel spreadsheet of which
I only need 6 fields. I would like to create
a 'template', name the fields I need and import only these
fields from the huge spreadsheet into my 'template'. This
would also include some calculations I create (in my last
3 fields per row).

I would hate to have to manually massage this data every
week -- it would take hours.

The data gets exported from MSAccess and there is no way
that the export can be modified.

I hope this made sense. Is it possible to do this?

You can use an Advanced Filter to extract the data that you need. There
are instructions here:

Or choose Data>Import External Data>New Database Query, and use MS Query
to link to the source file.
