Import SNMP date & generate network graphs

Does know of any methods to import data via SNMP to generate network graphs
for performance and trending. I currently have a script that outputs the date
into a CSV file on a daily basis but it would be great if there was a way to
bypass that step and automate. Any links to anyone doing anything like this
would be great.
