Hello, I am trying to import one excel.csv into another excel 2007. the
problem is the worksheets have different field names. Anyone have any
thoughts on how to get the data from .csv to be entered into .xls. Thank you

If the column names are different, but represent the same data, why not
import into an empty sheet and then copy/paste into your existing columns

If the columns are in a different order than your Excel sheet, same thing -
import into an empty sheet, re-arrange your columns to match the destination,
and then past.

The final way is to use MS Query - you get to it through the Data tab ->
Other Connections button - and query the csv file, re-arranging the columns
in the query selection so that they come into Excel in the order you want
