import pst

Hi:

I just want to bring in some additional e-mails form another user's pst
file. (Don't worry, I have their permission!)

Anyway, if I import a pst file will it overwrite the data I have in Outlook
in my own pst file?

Shouldn't overwrite it will append but it will depend on how you answer the
question to "duplicates" during the import process, importing according to
the gurus of this forum (no sarcasm intended) isn't a very good idea and the
recommendation is that instead of importing you use the File || Open ||
Personal Folder File (Outlook Data File) and use drag and drop (less chance
of corruption).
