Import .ost file into OTL2007?

I've been using Exchange and Outlook 2007. I would like to access the emails
from the ost file from another copy of Outlook 2007 which happens to be using
my POP email accounts. There doesn't seem to be an import for this!

You cannot import ost-files as they are linked to Exchange mailboxes (they
are cached files for them).
Start Outlook with the mail profile that ost-file belongs to and then copy
the items to a pst-file.
When you have done that, you can transfer the pst-file to another computer
and connect to it by;
File-> Open-> Outlook Data File...
