can anyone know how can i import the user list from one
Windows XP Professional System to other one running with
Windows XP Professional.

How many users are you consiforing? It may be best to recreate them As
any XP-PRO to XP-PRO user import would create users with different sids(1)
but the same name.

SID = Security identifiers (SIDs) are numeric values that identify a user
or group. For each access control entry (ACE), there exists a SID that
identifies the user or group for whom access is allowed, denied, or
audited. (from XP help)
