Import Folders?

Hello,

Is there a way I can export a folder structure in Outlook, so that
someone else could import that same folder structure into their Inbox
folder? I don't need them to have the messages in those folders, just
the folders themselves.

Not as a feature but you can achieve the same result by abusing some other
features ;-)

Use File-> Archive... and set it to archive to a new pst-file with a date
waaaaaay in the past like December 30, 1996 (guess what happened on that
date? )
