Import/Export

I have no import/export option in my File Menu. Is it hidden somewhere else?
I'm trying to export my contacts into a file- as well as my calendar into an
ical file.
 
It will appear when you have installed the Importers and Exporters from the
Office CD.
 
Version of Outlook?
If you use personalized menus in Outlook you may need to expand the menu to
see the option.
