I bought a new computer and I'd like to set outlock just as on my old
computer. My question is, do I have to do it everything manually or there's a
way I can export setting like pop account, e-mails, calendar, contacts,
tasks, etc (all at once) into a file and then import the file in the new
computer.

I used to have Incredimail as e-mail client and I remember I could do that.
I could export into a file absolutely all my settings and then I would import
it in the new computer.

Both computer have outlock professional running on windows XP
Thanks!

Since you mention it, are you asking about Outlock or Outlook? A product
named Outlock does exist.

Have you tried using MS Office's "Save My Settings" wizard?
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=826809
You did not mention WHICH version of Outlook that you have. This wizard is
available for both OL2002 and OL2003.

Otherwise, you could search Microsoft's huge support knowledgebase web site
at http://support.micorosft.com, select your product under advanced search,
and search on "backup". For example on OL2002, I found
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=287070. It neglects to mention using the
Rules Wizard to export your rules to a .rwz file.

http://www.slipstick.com lists some info and utilities on doing Outlook
backups.

Thankk you for your answer.
I am actually using Microsoft OUTLOOK 2003 Professional.
I'll write you back when I try saving settings
