import/export files from outlook 2003 into an earlier version

William Bentley

I have a .pst file that was created with Outlook 2003 and
I want to import it into outlook 2002. Is there a better
way to do this instead of exporting each folder as a csv
or excel format? I would like to be able to keep the
attachments as well.
Can you export from outlook 2003 and save as a 2002
format???

Thanks in advance

No. You cannot export a PST from Outlook 2003. It will not be compatible
with earlier versions.
Do not change file types: keep everything in PST format.
While in Outlook 2003, create a new PST file in "Outlook 97-2002" format and
copy your information into it.
