Import Dbase (dbf) data not possible

My AccessXP working fine but suddenly I cannot import any data from any dfb
file. Everytime suddenly it give some msg "Unexpected error from external
database driver (8458)" Please help. Thank you in advance.

I generally use real ETL tools like DTS and SSIS.

that way, I get real error messages, real debugging, etc


Move to SQL Server if you move data around for a living.
Access isn't a real ETL tool, sorry.
