I would like to import data to a worksheet from a worksheet on my server. Is
there a way to do this?
 
Have you tried Data > Import External Data ?

Thanks Janson. Is there a formula I can use in my opened worksheet that will
pull in specific cells, without having the other file open (hyperlink, index
do not seem to work)?
